In December of 1924 the hotel advertised 'Dancing with Henri Shostic's orchestra Violinist Celebrity of New York City. The hotel had a French kitchen under the direction of the famous Chef de Cuisine, Monsieur Theophile Petit. It also had a roof garden. Underwood & Underwood, C. 1927."
