SUB: RESIGNATION - MICHAEL GILLESPIE / APPOINTMENT - FRANK DE PAOLA
Mr. Michael Gillespie has submitted his resignation effective Aprill 22, 1966 to take over his new duties as Air Transportation Officer, U.S. Post Office Department, New York Region.
While we are unhappy to lose the talents and services of Mike Gillespie, we nonetheless are pleased that he has been given this opportunity to personally progress and advance. We wish him the best of success in his new endeavors and hope that our relationship with him in his new capactiy will continue to grow.
Effective April 22, 1966 Frank De Paola, formerly Duty Customer Service Manager, JFK, will assume full responsibility at JFK for all Postal and LEAD Control activities. As most of you know, Frank has had long and varied experiences in the Customer Service Department and is particularly well-suited to manage these combined activities. Although the Postal and Lead Control groups are not large in number, this small group is responsible for, and controls, a substantial portion of Pan American revenue.
We wish Frank success in his new assignment and trust that you will give him your full support and cooperation.
