Full Text	F»AINT AM: ERIC RL_0 AIRWAYS November 17, 1970 EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 403 At its meeting on November 17, 1970, the Board of Directors changed the title of Mr. Frank F. Davis to Senior Vice President - Engineering and Maintenance effective November 23, 1970. Mr. Davis will report to the Executive Vice President. He will maintain an office in the Pan Am Building but will be present in the JFK and Miami maintenance facilities to the maximum extent possible. N. E.
