EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 03/74
The following appointments are effective immediately:
Mr. Dan A. Colussy - Senior Vice President-Passenger Marketing
Mr. Colussy will continue to supervise the airline's marketing
development, planning, pricing and industry affairs programs, as
well as advertising and sales and the new function of passenger
services, a department formerly headed by Mr. Ensign.
Mr. Richard P. Ensign - Senior Vice President-Field Management
Mr. Ensign will supervise and coordinate the functions of Pan Am's
five divisions: New York, United States, Latin America, Pacific
and Atlantic. In addition, he will continue to supervise the airline's
flight service personnel and marketing training program.
Captain G. F. Maxwell - Senior Vice President-Operations
Captain Maxwell's responsibilities remain unchanged.
Mr. John M. Wolgast - Senior Vice President-Technical Operations
Mr. Wolgast now has the additional responsibility of the Materiel
Department; his other duties remain unchanged.
All four continue to report to Mr.
President and General Manager.
