EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 05/78
Effective immediately the Passenger Service Department will be
divided into two separate units:
Mr. Wallace D. Russell will continue as Vice President - Passenger
Services responsible for all service policies, standards and
procedures associated with activities occurring on the ground.
Mr. Walter J. Rauscher is appointed to the position of Director-
System In-Flight Services and will be responsible for flight
attendants, food and related in-flight needs.
Both Mr. Russell and Mr. Rauscher will report to Mr. William H. Waltrip,
Executive Vice President - Marketing and Services.
