EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO.97
1. With a view of minimizing interference with routine
activities at the Executive Offices, the System Operations Committee will be reconstituted, effective
April 22nd, to include the following officials:
Administrative Vice President Bixby
Vice President Dean
Vice President Ingalls
Vice President & Ass't. to the Pres. Pryor
Vice President Gledhill
Vice President & General Counsel Friendly
Secretary: Robert A. Lord
2. Administrative Vice President Bixby will continue to
serve as Chairman of the System Operations Committee
except at such meetings as the President may attend.
In the absence of Vice President Bixby, Vice President
Dean will serve as Chairman.
3. Mr. Erwin Balluder will serve as alternate for Mr. Dean.
Mr. John C. Pirie will serve as alternate for Mr. Friendly-
4. When in New York, the Senior System Official in the
field in charge of the Latin-American Division, the
Atlantic Division and Pacific-Alaska Division will
attend the meeting scheduled for the last Monday in
each month.
5. Other System Officials may be invited by the Chairman
to attend any meeting when matters in which they are
specifically interested are to be considered.
