EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 73.
The following executive appointments and transfers will
become effective as of August 16, 1943:
1. CM. Young, Manager, Pacific Division,
is temporarily assigned to special duty.
2. L. C. Reynolds, Executive Assistant to
Vice President Bixby, is temporarily
assigned to the Pacific Division as
Division Manager (Acting) in the absence of C. M. Young.
