He will report to Mr. Walter A. Elsaesser, Divisional Vice President - North America. Mr. Benjamin R. Atkins, formerly Regional Managing Director - Miami, has been appointed Staff Vice President - Cargo Sales. He will report to Mr. C. R. Borders, Vice President - Cargo.
