EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 127
1. Mr. Josiah Macy has been elected Assistant Secretary. He will
serve as deputy to Secretary H. P . Morris and will be responsible
for relations with the Company's stockholders.
2. Mr. S, B. Kauffman has been elected Assistant Vice President-
Engineering.
3. Captain W, W. Lynch has been elected Assistant Vice Fresident-
Communications.
Messrs. Kauffman and Lynch will be responsible for
the administration of their respective Head Office
organizations and will report to Vice President
Gledhill.
4. Effective August 1, the Company's Technical Committee will be
reconstituted. The Technical Committee will make recommendations to the President with respect-to new flight equipment and
related technical operating procedures. Quarterly agenda and
budgets, including any proposed temporary assignment of company
personnel, equipment or facilities, will be prepared by the
Committee for the President's consideration.
5. The following appointments to the Technical Committee are
