PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS
At a meeting of the Board of Directors on May 13, 1980 the following
officers were elected/designated with immediate effect:
J. Kenneth Kilcarr was elected Executive Vice President - Finance
and Corporate Planning reporting to the Chairman,
Thomas M. Wendel was designated Senior Vice President - Finance
reporting to Mr. Kilcarr.
The following offices will report to Mr. Wendel:
Vice President and Treasurer
Vice President and Controller
Vice President - Data Systems Management
Vice President - Communications
Director - Corporate Budgets
Director - Pan Am Building
William R. Roy was designated Vice President - Airline Planning and
Administration reporting to the President.
The following offices will report to Mr. Roy:
Vice President - Airline Profit Planning
Vice President - Property and Facilities
System Director - Operations Control Center
System Director - Industrial Engineering
John Champion was elected Vice President - International Affairs
reporting to the President.
Martin R. Shugrue was elected Vice President - Industrial Relations
replacing John M. Donlan, resigned. Mr. Shugrue will also be
Acting Vice President - Personnel during the absence of Mr. Meinen
and, in this capacity, report to the President.
