EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 01/77
The following action was taken at the meeting of the Board of Directors
on January 4, 1977, all appointments to be effective January 15, 1977:
Mr. James A. Montgomery, formerly Divisional Vice President-
Atlantic, was appointed Senior Vice President-Marketing. He will
have his office in New York and will report to Mr. Dan A. Colussy,
Executive Vice President-Marketing and Services.
Mr. Walter A. Elsaesser, formerly Divisional Vice President-
North America, was appointed Divisional Vice President-Atlantic.
He will have his office in London.
Mr. A. B. (Sky) Magary, formerly Regional Managing Director-
Southwest Pacific Region, was elected Divisional Vice President -
U. S. He will have his office in New York.
