Caribbean Division
Mead can Division.
Effective as of January 15, 1951, no changes in
salary rates of subordinate Division Department Heads
concerned will be made by Division Managers except upon
approval by the President*
Readjustments recommended by Division Managers In
the salary of any of their division Department Heads shall
be made only at appropriate intervals. A supporting statement should be submitted with recommendations, which will
be regarded as confidential*
So general change in the Division salary or wag©
scale of Field Managers, pilots, co-pilots, mechanics,
mechanics' helpers or apprentices will be made by a
Division Manager without prior written approval of the
Staff Department Heads concerned and the President.
