1. Mr. Howard B. Dean, Executive Office, New York, was
elected Assistant Vice President on March 2, 1943, subject to approval by the Civil Aeronautics Board of inter-
locKing relationships under the Civil Aeronautics Act. He
will be attached to the office of Vice President loung.
2. Mr. ft', L. Morrison, from the position of Manager
/ (Acting), Western Division, is appointed to the position
of Manager, Western Division, effective March 1st.
3. Mr. F. I. Jacobs, from the position of Operations.
Manager (Acting), Western Division, is appointed to the
position of Division Operations Manager, Western Division,
effective March 1st.
4. Mr. E. Roy Beecher, Division Engineer, Pacific Division,,
has been granted leave of absence, effective March 10th.
Mr. G. W. Taylor, Assistant Division Engineer, is appointed ■
to the position of Division Engineer (Acting), Pacific
Division, as of that date.
