EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 11/72
CORPORATE FINANCE fc DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION
Effective immediately, the following organizational units will be transferred
to the Corporate Finance and Development Department under the direction
of Mr. James H. Maloon, Senior Vice President - Finance and Development.
1. The Business Jets Division, headed by Mr. Charles C. Fleming,
Vice President - Business Jets Division.
2. The Metropolitan Air Facilities Division, headed by Mr. Robert E.
Griffin, Staff Vice President - Metropolitan Air Facilities Division.
3. The Pan Am/Gulf European Motor Inns Joint Venture, headed by
Mr. Ralph M. Starke, Managing Director.
4. The Pension and Group Insurance Department and the Corporate
Insurance & Claims Department, headed by Mr. George Butkier,
Assistant Treasurer.
5. The Tax Department, headed by Mr. Harley W. Mead, Assistant
Treasurer.
In addition to the above transferred activities, Mr. Charles W. Trippe,
Vice President - Corporate Development and Mr. William F. Fyfe,
Assistant Treasurer will also report to Mr. James H. Maloon.
Mr. C. W. Runnette currently Staff Vice President - Corporate Development
will become Staff Vice President - Administration and will report to Mr.
William M. Crilly, Executive Vice President - Administration.
Mr. Michael S. Alpert will remain in the Corporate Development Department reporting to Mr. C. W. Trippe.
