EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 11/75
Effective September 1, 1975, the reporting relationship of the African
organization is amended as follows.
The Regional Managing Director - Africa will report directly to the
Senior Vice President - Marketing and Services on all matter of an
executive nature, such as, strategic marketing considerations and
future plans for the development of the Company's position in the
African continent.
The Regional Managing Director will continue to receive staff support
and guidance from the Divisional Vice President - Atlantic on staffing,
budgeting, financial controls, employee relations, and day-to-day
marketing affairs.
