Effective April 1, 1977 reporting relationships within Finance and
Development will be as follows:
Mr. J. Kenneth Kilcarr, Senior Vice President - Finance, is
designated deputy to Mr. James H. Maloon, Executive Vice
President - Finance and Development, and will act for
Mr. Maloon in his absence. Reporting to Mr. Kilcarr will be:
Mr. C.J. David Davies, Vice President and Treasurer
Mr. Eugene A. Ulrich, Vice President and Controller
Mr. O. Robert Lovelace, Director Corporate Industrial
Engineering
Mr. Thomas M. Wendel, Senior Vice President - Corporate
Planning, continues to report to Mr. Maloon and will be
responsible for:
Management Information System
Data System Management
Airline Profit Planning
Subsidiary Profit Planning
Long Range Planning
Also reporting to Mr. Maloon will be:
Mr. Joseph A. Sullivan, Vice President - Audits and Security
Mr. Charles W. Trippe, Vice President - Corporate Development
