EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 109
The following appointments and changes are effective as of
April 1, 1948:
1. Mr. Thomas Wolfe, Vice President-Pacific Alaska
Division, has resigned.
2. Admiral John H. Towers is appointed Assistant Vice
President with headquarters in New York reporting
to Vice President Ingalls.
3. Mr. Frank H. Hankins is transferred from Operations
Manager, Atlantic Division, to Flight Duty.
4. Captain H. B. Fleming is transferred from Sector Chief
Pilot, Latin American Division, at Brownsville, to
Operations Manager, Atlantic Division.
