1. The leave of absence - on account of illness - of Vice
President George L. Rihl has terminated, and he has returned to
the Executive Offices.
2. He will collaborate with Vice President Young, who
will continue in full administrative charge of the Eastern and
Western Divisions. He will assume Mr. Young's administrative
duties in the letter's absence.
3. Mr. Rihl's principal duties will include special assign-
ments with respect to Eastern and Western Division matters. He
will from time to time make inspection trips over the System's
Latin American routes. He will also represent the Management in
matters relating to the operations of Pan American-Grace Airways,
