2. The Air Transport Command has currently assigned the Company ten C-54 type land transports to be based and maintained
by the Atlantic Division at New York City.
3. Such aircraft v7j.ll be operated under Contract W-535-ac-35719
by the Africa-Orient Division, under arrangements with the
Atlantic Division similar to those in effect between the
Africa-Orient Division and the Latin American Division.
4. The Manager of the Africa-Orient Division will designate
personnel.to the following positions, who will be stationed
at New York and who will maintain necessary liasion with the
appropriate representatives of the U. S. Army:
a. Section Operations Superintendent
b. Assistant Chief Pilot for Operations
s c. Assistant Chief pilot for Training
d. Assistant Chief pilot, Scheduling and Personnel
e. Assistant Maintenance Superintendent
