Mr. Robert G. Oatley, Senior Vice President-Financial Controls Mr. Oatley will report to Mr. William M. Crilly, Senior Vice President-Finance and Development, and will have his headquarters at Home Office. 2. Mr. John M. Wolgast, Vice President-Engineering and Maintenance Mr. Wolgast will report to Mr. Frank F.
