EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 09/77
The following action was taken at the meeting of the Board of Directors
on May 10, 1977:
Mr. John Krimsky, Jr. was elected a corporate officer as Vice
President - Federal Affairs. He will continue to report to Mr. Stanley
Gewirtz, Vice President - Public Communications.
Mr. C. W. Runnette was elected Vice President - Marketing and
Services Administration, reporting to Mr. Dan A. Colussy, Executive
Vice President - Marketing and Services. The appointment is effective
immediately in order to give a period of overlap with Mr. T. L. Lamar,
Vice President - Controls and Management Services, who has been
assigned to special projects until he takes early retirement.
