EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 140
Mr. Roger Lewis has been elected Executive Vice President--Administration.
I. In that capacity, he will coordinate head office activities with respect to:
(a) Operating Divisions of the System - excluding the Guided
Missiles Range Division. Vice President Mitchell in
charge of Guided Missiles Range Division will report to
Vice President Gledhill.
(b) System Traffic and Sales.
(c) The Technical Assistance Program.
(d) Company mobilization and the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program.
(e) Company investment in Pan American-Grace Airways -
continuing as a Pan American nominee on that company's
Board of Directors.
II. Vice President Gledhill and Vice President Russell Adams will report
to Mr. Lewis. On matters relating to international air agreements,
Vice President Russell Adams will report to Vice President Leslie,
