EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 130
At the last meeting of the Company's Board of Directors:
(1) Mr. Andre A. Priester was elected Vice
President.
(2) Mr. Henry H. Berke was elected Vice
President--Servic.es of Supply.
(3) Mr, Everett M, Goulard was elected
Assistant Vice President--Industrial
Relations.
General Charles A. Lindbergh was appointed Technical Adviser
to the Company, reporting to the President.
The Technical Committee, as such, appointed on August 1, 1953,
was discontinued.
