The following action was taken at the meeting of the Board of Directors
on February 1, 1977:
Mr. Thomas M. Wendel, formerly Vice President-Corporate Planning
and Information Services, was appointed Senior Vice President-
Corporate Planning. He will continue to report to Mr. J. H. Maloon,
Executive Vice President-Finance and Development.
Mr. David K. Redpath, formerly Senior Director-Investor Relations
was elected Assistant Treasurer-International, reporting to Mr. C.J.
David Davies, Vice President and Treasurer.
Mr. Andre C. Dimitriadis, formerly Director of Corporate Budgets,
was elected Assistant Treasurer-Corporate Finance, reporting to
Mr. C.J. David Davies, Vice President and Treasurer.
Mr. Arthur S. Best, formerly Vice President-Passenger Services,
was appointed Vice President-Field Divisions, reporting to Mr. Dan A.
Colussy, Executive Vice President-Marketing and Services. All
Divisional Vice Presidents will now report through Mr. Best.
Mr. Wallace D. Russell, formerly Regional Managing Director-
Southwest (U.S.), was elected Vice President-Passenger Services,
reporting to Mr. Dan A. Colussy, Executive Vice President-Marketing
and Services.
Mr. Bert E. Torrance, formerly Regional Vice President-Northeast
(U.S.), was elected Divisional Vice President-Northeast (U.S.), reporting to Mr. Arthur S. Best, Vice President-Field Divisions.
The effective date for all the above appointments is February 1, 1977.
