At a meeting of the Board of Directors on May 8, 1979:
Mr. Wallace D. Russell, formerly Vice President - Passenger
Services, was designated Vice President - Property and Facilities
with immediate effect.
Mr. Walter J. Rauscher, formerly System Director - In-Flight
Services, was elected Vice President - Passenger Services with
immediate effect.
Mr. Frank C. Kaiser, formerly System Director - Marketing
Planning and Advertising, was elected Vice President - Marketing
Planning and Advertising with immediate effect.
