EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 205
At the meeting of the Board of Directors on July 7, 1964,
Mr. Wilbur L. Morrison was elected Senior Vice President.
Mr. Morrison will report to the Chairman and will have his
headquarters at Miami, Florida. He will be responsible
for Latin American and Caribbean Affairs, Associated
Companies, and the Guided Missiles Range Division.
Mr. Morrison will also represent the Company as its senior
officer in Florida and throughout Latin America, and will
supervise the Company's affairs in these areas under authority
delegated to him by the President.
