EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO, 129
1. Field operations under the contract recently awarded for the
operation of the Florida Guided Missiles Range are planned to
commence in October 1953.
2. Effective August 15, 1953* a separate operating division of the
Company will be organised - designated The Guided Missiles
Range Division.
3. Effective August 15, 1953, Vice President Gledhill is assigned
additional duty as executive head of the Guided Missiles Range
Division.
4. Effective August 15, 1953, Mr. R. S. Mitchell is appointed .
Manager of the Guided Missiles Range Division reporting to
Vice President Gledhill.
5Y Future transfers of personnel from other Divisions of the System
(in addition to those so transferred from the Latin American Division under date of July 22, 1953, under Executive System Memorandum No. 123) will be arranged by Vice Fresident Gledhill in
agreement with the Executive Vice Presidents concerned.
