EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 371
The Board of Directors has elected Mr. Richard S. Mitchell
Executive Vice President, Director and Member of the
Executive Committee. All functions previously reporting to
the Executive Vice President and the Senior Vice President
and General Manager - Transport Services will report to
Mr. Mitchell.
Mr. Mitchell will continue to report to the President and have
his headquarters at Home Office.
