EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 377
Effective June 2, 1970, the following functions will report to the
Vice President and Assistant to the President:
Staff Vice President - Technical Assistance Program
The Manager, Home Office
The Vice President and Assistant to the President will also be
responsible for:
Administration of office staff services for the President
including those of the Corporate Secretary, and ensuring
coordination of the activity of all Departments reporting
directly to the President, as well as the reporting activity
of Overseas Managers in their capacity as Country or Area
Directors.
Administration of the affairs of all affiliated companies
except hotel companies or those specifically assigned to
other Departments.
