EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 339
Effective November 19, 1969, the following organizational changes
have been effected:
1. In accordance with the action of the Board of Directors on
November 18, 1969, the duties of the Chief Executive Officer
have been assigned to Mr. Najeeb E. Halaby, President.
2. The following officers, formerly reporting to Mr. Harold E. Gray,
Chairman of the Board, will report to the President:
