IN NEW YORK
President Harold J. Roig of Panagra has announced that shortly after the establishment on April 22 of a sixth weekly Panagra service to Balboa, the company will inaugurate a seventh weekly service, placing its operations on a daily basis between the Canal Zone and Buenos Aires.
Mr. Walter H. Neff, Assistant Director of Public Relations, has been granted a leave of absence to become press censorship representative of all U. S. airlines. Unanimously chosen by the members of the Air Transport Association, Mr. Neff will leave shortly for Washington, where he will make his headquarters.

President Stanley Kennedy of the Inter-Island Steam Navigation Company, which/PAA’s agent in Hawaii, has arrived in the U. S. by Clipper.
