GROUND RADIO BULLETIN NO. 30 - NOVEMBER 9, 1950 COMMS. DEPT. L.A.D.
STATION INSPECTIONS
Approximately once each year your station is inspected thoroughly by the Ground Radio Maintenance Inspector.
A copy of the inspection report is left at the station concerned, and in handling the items mentioned in the report the following method should be adopted. As corrective action is taken on an item, or items, this information should be written on a page of the Equipment Repair Report book covering the equipment involved, and forwarded to the Ground Radio Engineer. Mark tne page INSPECTION. By doing this the current condition of the station may be more easily ascertained, and if trouble is being encountered steps can be taken to render assistance to the station.
INSTRUCTION BOOKS
We now have available a revised parts list with up-to-date PAA part numbers, which supersede those sent with Fault Shaker Bulletin No. 15> for the instruction books of transmitters, receivers, etc., which we employ. One complete set is being sent to each station. Additional copies can be supplied upon request from the DCS office.
