EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 89
Mr. John C. Cooper is retiring from active
service as Vice President and Assistant to
the President as of January 31st, 1946. He
will continue as a member of the Board of
Directors. Mr. Cooper will avail himself of
an accumulated leave, effective November 1,
1945*
Mr. James H. Smith has been elected an Assistant Vice President with headquarters at the
Executive Offices in Mew York. For coordination
and budgetary control, Mr. Smith's office will
function under the supervision of Vice President
Gledhill.
