Subject: Schedule Changes.

1. Effective February "Sth service between Brovmsville
and Cristobal will be reduced from three round trips to two round
trips per week.
2. Contract covering service between Mexico City and
Brownsville has been reformed by the United States Post Office
Department effective as of February'"StJi to cover return service
not previously contracted for by the Department. Mail destined
to the United States and originating in Mexico City (and Tampico)
will be subject to deduction by the United States Post Office
at Brownsville at the rate of $2.50 per pound.
3. Effective as of February 11th service between
Cristobal and La Guaira via Maracaibo and Curacao will be curtailed so as to omit service between Curacao and La Guaira.
4. Effective as of February 11th Westbound, and
February 13th Eastbound, a new service will be inaugurated
between Port of Spain, Trinidad, Maturin, La Guaira and Maracaibo.
The operation of this service^ will be conducted by the Caribbean
Division.
Detailed schedules, indicating changes outlined above,
are attached herewith for your information^
