Effective January 1, 1973, Mr. Thomas J. Flanagan was appointed Senior Vice President - Washington. Mr. James D. Hittle, Senior Vice President, will report to Mr. Flanagan and will be responsible for originating special development projects in Southeast Asia. Mr. Flanagan will report to the Senior Vice President - External Affairs and will have his headquarters in Washington, D. C. 2. Effective December 15, 1972, Miss Ann Wood was appointed Staff Vice President - Public Affairs.
