Atlantic Division
The following executive and divisional appointments are effective January 15, 1941:
1. Mr. J. Carroll Cone is detached as Manager, Atlantic
Division and assigned as Assistant to Vice President
J. C. Cooper, with the title of Assistant Vice President
and headquarters at New York.
2. Mr. John C. Leslie is detached as Operations Manager,
Pacific Division, and assigned as Manager, Atlantic
Division.
3. Division Engineer, H. \u Toomey, will serve as Assistant
Manager, Eastern Division. As such, he will act for the
Division Manager in the latter's absence.
4. Mr. J, H. Tilton is detached as Chief Pilot, Pacific
Division, and assigned as Operations Manager, Pacific
Division.
