EXECUTIVE SYSTEM MEMORANDUM NO. 362
With reference to Executive System Memorandum
No. 361 on the function and structure of the Washington Office,
effective March 16, 1970:
1. Vice President Adams is appointed Vice President-
Washington Executive Office.
2. Staff Vice President Preece is appointed Staff Vice
President - Government Affairs reporting to Vice
President Adams. Mr. Preece will also head the
section responsible for the Washington activities of
the Office of International Affairs.
3. Mr. Robert Wick is designated Director of Legislative
Affairs reporting to Vice President Adams.
4. Mr. Edward Perkins is appointed Director of Commercial and Financial Affairs reporting to Mr. Preece.
5. As Manager of the Washington Executive Office,
Edward Rothrock will report to Mr. Preece.
