January and February have been tough months from an operating standpoint for all departments® However, we are looking forward to smooth flying with departures adequately spaced to permit all of you the opportunity to ^round up® maximum loads®

Approximate overall load factor for 1944 was 70$ - for January 1945 69.43$1 Not bad - we can do better - we" ve got to do betterI Critical sectors (EDA, east| DIE, vest; N-’.T, east5 JOA, north) continue to show good loads® Now we need to fill in with concentrated effort on the less critical but equally important sectors (HTA-IBN; NAT-BEL; SPA-JXli).
