Interview with Miguel Germain, a Cuban of Haitian ancestry who worked for the Haitian consulate in Camagüey at the time of Castro’s revolution. Germain presided over the group Municipios de Cuba en Exilio in the 1970s, becoming the only black person to lead a major Cuban exile organization.
