Interview with Jorge L. Quadreny, who served as chief engineer for the district of Havana, and president of the National Association of Civil Engineers in Cuba. He participated in clandestine cells of the Movimiento de Recuperacion Revolucionario, and became a leader of the Cuban exile community in Puerto Rico. He presided over the Casa Cuba social club in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico.
