Interview with Ana Lázara Rodríguez, a doctor and political prisoner who served nineteen years in prison in Cuba. Rodriguez escaped twice and became notorious for her resistant behavior while behind bars. She was released to the United States, where she became a physician and wrote her memoirs, Diary of a Survivor.
