IFC Withdraws From Homecoming “Fraternity men will be found in their respective study halls the nights of the Homecoming Parade and Dance,’’ according to Chuck Smith, President of IFC. This statement was one of the answers to questions asked by the press at the IF*C press conference Tuesday at the Kappa Sigma Fraternity House. It was at this meeting that IFC president, on behalf of all Greek men, the following statement of their withdrawal from Homecoming 1966: Therefore, we the members of the fraternity system do hereby resolve not to participate in the following 1966 Homecoming events: a. Not to construct or help construct any float or house decorations. I). Not to attend the Homecoming Dance. e. Not to attend or participate in the Homecoming Parade. d.
