You are all familiar with this form which is used whenever we have occasion to offer these services to our customers in the New York area The form is quite complete« and if properly used« indicates the exact services which the Company authorizes the vendor to furnish» Further« the information shown on the form assists us in justifying payment of vendors8 bills when subsequently received- Recently» however» the vouchers returned with billing have been sadly lacking in adequate information. Where we issue one-of these vouchers» we are» in fact, spending Pan American money. Company policies governing this type of-spending are liberal» but none of us is allowed to spend. Company money foolishly. Supervisors and SPRs are requested to brief all personnel on. the correct manner of voucher preparation» and to explain in detail the difference between obligatory and complimentary expenses, as well as the limitations applying to both. The Airport Restaurant» BDA» will be closed for approximately six weeks» effective January 7* 1966» During this period* coffee and sandwich service will be available in the Departure Lounge Area» The newly opened Cocktail Bar will remain ire full operation. An experimental door »stop at this gate eliminates the need for positioning a stanchion in order to keep the gate open during BoardlngYDeplaning, Simply unlock'the gate door« - swing it open, and locket once it ha® passed over the small hole in the te-rasao floor, A metal pin wifidrop from the door fra me Into the-.hole and h@M the door in a fully opened position.
