AEROSPACE SERVICES DIVISION SAFETY SLOGAN OF THE WEEK Slow down. Better to be outdistanced than outlived. VEHICLE REGISTRATION Employees who are assigned at PAFB are reminded of the necessity to register their vehicles with PAFB Security Police. You must register your vehicle when you are first assigned to PAFB or when you purchase a new car which you plan to drive on the base. After the initial registration and receipt of permanent decal, employees are requested to call PAFB Security Police (494-2237) annually during the month of their automobile insurance renewal and provide the following information: PAFB decal number, month and year of insurance expiration, Florida vehicle license number, and last date your car was inspected in Florida. WORLD TRAVELERS TO MEET 11 APRIL The Pan Am World Travelers will meet on Friday 11 April in the Brevard Hotel in Cocoa. Take a tour of Planet Earth. "Terranauts" Art and Vera Chilton will take you on a one orbit trip to modern Tokyo, busy Hong Kong, to the floating markets of Bangkok, to mysterious India to see the Taj Mahal, and the Shangrila land of Kashmir. Behold biblical ruins in Lebanon and see the mosques of Istanbul. Make plans now to arrive by 8:30 for a delightful color slide show or earlier for dinner and lounge refreshments. This is no exclusive club. All are welcome. If a visitor from overseas comes to one of our sales offices in the USA, where his or her language is not spoken, the visitor will be connected by telephone to a Pan Am employee in our New York office who does speak his language. In this way the visitor's immediate problems can be solved. Almost all commonly used languages of the world are represented at Pan Am's staff.
