" WORLD TRAVELERS MEET The Pan Am World Travelers will meet Friday, 12 September at 8:30 p.m. in the Merritt Island Library. Jim and Alice Watts will present the program they call "An Odyssey in Red" (Watts Behind The Iron Curtain). The travels of Jim and Alice through Bulgaria from Sofia to the Black Sea and into the walled medieval city of Dubrovnik in Yugoslavia and along the Dalmatian coast off the Adriatic is a highlight you will not want to miss. Everyone is welcome to enjoy this fascinating slide show. DEFENSIVE DRIVING INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT A special course for Defensive Driving Instructors will be held at BJC starting 15 September. This instruction is designed to prepare teachers in methods, materials and administrative techniques related to effective driver education. This course carries one college credit and may be used for recertification. For further information call Randall Robinson, County Highway Safety Officer, 632-8029, or Dr. W. W. Wagner, Brevard Junior College, 632-1111, Ext. 260 or 262. SECURITY REMINDER Your Pan Am Security Department Reminder for the Week: Remember that you have only to call your Security Department at any time you have questions, problems, apprehensions or concerns over classified material in your possession. The phone number is 784-5326. REDUCED RATES AT WEEKI WACHEE FOR PAN AM All ASD employees and their immediate families will be honored at Weeki Wachee Springs during the entire month of October. You will be among the first to see the Mermaids' all new 1970 underwater show, "Mermaids on the Moon, " which will premiere on October 1st at the popular Florida west coast attraction. Upon presentation of your employee identification, you and your family will be entitled to see the regularly priced $2.50 theatre performance for only a service charge of $1. 00 on weekends and 75 cents on weekdays. Just present your company identification at the box office any time during October and the special ticket will be issued to you and each member of your family. "Mermaids on the Moon" will be presented seven days a week with the first show at 9:30 a.m. and the last at 5 p.m. A special night performance under lights will also be presented each Saturday at 8:30 p.m. Weeki Wachee Springs is located on U.S. 19 at Florida route 50, west of Brooks-ville. ACCOUNTANTS MEET 16 SEPTEMBER The regular monthly meeting of the Cape Canaveral Chapter, National Association of Accountants, will be held 16 September 1969 at the Ramada Inn, Cocoa Beach.
