AEROSPACE SERVICES DIVISION SAFETY SLOGAN OF THE WEEK Don't learn traffic laws by accident. AES GROUP OF IEEE MEETS 25 SEPTEMBER The Aerospace and Electronic Systems Group of the IEEE will hold its next meeting on 25 September at the Holiday Inn, Cocoa Beach. The subject will be "Telemetry Modulation and Demodulation Techniques Being Used In Mariner Mars 1969. " All interested persons are invited. Meet the Speaker, 6:30; Dinner (roast beef $3.00) 7:00; Meeting, 8:00. For further information call H. Kent, 494-5183. CHARITY BALL The Charity Ball sponsored by the Melbourne-Eau Gallie B. P. O. Elks for their Crippled Children's Hospital will be held on 28 September. The gala event will take place at the Melbourne Civic Auditorium. Tickets are $2.50 per person. BENEFIT PERFORMANCE The Ballet Corps of the Dussich Dance Studios will present "An Evening of Dance" at the BJC Auditorium on October 11 and 12. This is a benefit performance for the Florida Kidney Foundation and Pan Am employee Mrs. Evelyn Smith, an artificial kidney machine user. The dance group will perform three acts of "Copellia" and excerpts from "The Nutcracker" and "Swan Lake. " Tickets are $2. 00 per person and may be purchased at the Employee Sales Stores (Travel Office) at CBO and the Tech Lab, and at Office Services, Room 202, Range Control Center at the Cape. Mr. Bronson is a professional photographic advisor and will entertain as well as explain how to make better pictures. A Kodak or Bolex film will show you how to get the most our of your camera. Mr. Bronson will also display and demonstrate the latest Super 8 and 35 mm equipment. Don't miss this highlight of the year. All welcome. Bring a friend and your camera for a profitable evening. RETIREMENTS The following ASD employees retired recently: John N. Hager, a mechanic at the Cape, joined Pan Am in 1957. Mr. Hager lives at 608 Lake, New Smyrna Beach. Richard G. Herbine, Assistant to the Division Accountant joined the company in 1956. He retired 1 September 1968 and resides at 279 Ell-
