A mere handful of complaints seem to be doggedly determined to set the airlines straight on one phase or another of passenger handling. All appear to be sincere and honest. The complaints come from first-flighters and from veterans of air travel, from vacationists and those traveling for business, from people on short trips and from the coast-to-coast or trans-Atlantic travelers. But all are from people who paid hard money for their tickets.
