Classification of jobs is now in progress in each department and completion is expected by January 15. Each employe will then be advised by his supervisor as to the salary scale for his classification and the work review periods. The Plan provides for automatic wage reviews which will occur in the lower salary groups at the end of the first two six-month periods and annually thereafter, and on an annual basis thereafter. Review for the medium salary groups will occur at the end of the first six months and annually thereafter. The higher salary groups will be reviewed annually.
