The Seymour Samet Digital Collections contains over 290 items that document primarily Mr. Samet’ s civil rights work for the American Jewish Committee (AJC), the Dade County Community Relations Board and the U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service from the 1940s to the 1980s. The correspondence, speeches, reports and brochures articulate issues of discrimination, desegregation and general human relations from various group and geographical perspectives.
