Browson as proxy of the "Sociedad del Hotel Nacional de Cuba", appeared before Regino Truffin y Pérez de Abreu, lawyer and notary, to sign the agreement by which the Cuban government leased the area occupied by the old Santa Clara battery and adjacent areas, for the construction of the Hotel Nacional. The document establishes all pertinent regulations regarding the lease agreement.
